Sewer Lines to the Wastewater Treatment Plant:  Notices were sent to residents soon to be served by these new sewer lines, to indicate their preference as to where the sewer stub-out is placed for their individual service tie-ins.  If you are located in either of these areas and have not received this notice, please visit the Communications page of this site where you can download the necessary form or call our project hotline.    The work on Montezuma Castle Highway was not yet completed due to a schedule shift.  This work will begin in the next few weeks. SJL Construction completed work on Industrial Drive, which was complete with the paving which took place last week.  Johansen Construction is starting work on Hereford Road to install sewer lines, and this work will take several weeks to complete. Please drive with caution through this construction activity.

Wastewater Treatment Plant:  Fann Environmental has completed the mass excavation for the wastewater treatment plant (the plant is 18 feet below grade).  They have completed the concrete basins which make up the wastewater treatment plant.  Fann Environmental will begin testing of the primary clarifier (one of the first few steps in the treatment process) and there will be ongoing testing as the treatment plant gets closer to completion, tentatively scheduled for July 2008.
