Project Overview

The Camp Verde Sanitary District Plant and Collection Line Project has been subdivided into three projects, performed by three different contractors, which when complete will function as one system. 

Contractor #1 (SJL Construction) and Contractor #2 (Johansen, Inc.) will be responsible for installing the gravity sewer lines in the project area (see Site Plan page) that will feed into the Wastewater Treatment Plant.  In addition, Contractor #2 (Johansen, Inc.) will be responsible for installing the 12" forced main from McCracken Road to the Wastewater Treatment Plant.  The gravity sewer line and forced main portion of the project is to be complete in time for the wastewater treatment plant completion, scheduled for July 2008. 

Contractor #3 (Fann Environmental) will be responsible for constructing the Camp Verde 0.65 MGD (millions gallons per day) Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion.  This portion of the project consists of replacing the existing 0.28 MGD aerated lagoon wastewater treatment plant with a new 0.65 MGD extended aeration basin wastewater treatment plant, capable of producing reclaimed water.   Fann Environmental was issued a notice to proceed July 12th, 2007, and the contract period is 365 days, for a project completion date of July 11, 2008.
